With some left over helium from the Belfast Photo Festival Youth Edition workshops at PS², artist Paddy Bloomer brought the weather balloon to the garden. With the ‘New Town’ garden extension in progress, ’orderly’ laid out like Craigavon, the ‘Old Town’ with its mixed structure of raised beds, wilderness, tepee sand mountain, playground and bandstand reveals its ‘historic’ chaotic planning.
